Items MUST be in an unopened, sealed, unused, and in the same condition as they were when leaving our shop. Please read through our description before purchasing. Our items will be wrapped with a generous amount of bubble wrap, safely secured with cushions, and in a box with a fragile sticker instead of a bubble envelope, we deeply care about your item arriving in a safe condition to you.

You will have to request a return instead once you received the package. If you are asking to cancel because of a mistake in your address then we ask that you please message us with the correct address information so we can go ahead and change it for you.
